I have always had a passion for everything pastry. I graduated from culinary school in 2005 and immediately began a professional pastry career working as a baker and pastry chef and freelance cake decorator while living in Germany. I have  worked at Buttercream Bakeshop since 2014, and became owner in 2016. I love hiking, my adorable chihuahua, traveling, antiques, food, and STILL enjoy baking at home!
